Phil has over 20 years experience as a senior executive, 15 of them as a chief executive of multinational organizations, most recently with Fujitsu, and with AT&T EasyLink, Data General and Wang.
Additionally he was the founding CEO of a successful start-up public company, QuikTrak Networks Limited. He was a founding Principal of McLean Kerrigan Jackson, a company formed to provide highly personalized executive search and support services to company boards and management teams. He is now focussed on management consulting with Asenso. As well he chairs a "think tank" of 15 CEOs from diverse industries through his involvement with The Executive Connection.
He is a former chairman of the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA), director of the Federal Government sponsored IT&T Skills Hub and has held IT advisory roles with the New South Wales and Victorian State Governments.
His past roles have given him extensive business experience across Asia Pacific, particularly in Japan.
Phil has built several highly successful management teams and similarly has managed outstanding sales organizations. He has first hand experience in electronic manufacturing, distribution, telecommunications, government, finance, professional services, travel, security and transport sectors.

John has accumulated over 25 years experience as an executive manager in a number of international information technology and related global service organizations. John held executive director positions with Digital Equipment Corp., Data General Corp., and Storage Technology. He has consulted to Fujitsu Australia on service business development and service delivery profit performance.
Throughout his career John developed his service business experience and understanding from hands on management, international executive management and the study and application of leading edge service business techniques.
John has a background in electronics and communications engineering. His earlier years were spent in Television broadcasting and then moved into the IT industry.
John has been successful in: providing strategic leadership; effecting change through management; building effective management teams and achieving business results. He has been recognized by past employers as an innovator in service management. He understands the relationship between delivering service value, achieving profit targets and business growth versus ensuring customer loyalty and increased customer satisfaction. John participated in a series of Harvard Business School service management programs, the content of which is acknowledged as providing service management with leading edge service industry knowledge.

Peter is an experienced international finance executive with a strong track record in the IT industry in Australia, Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa. He is highly motivated, objective, challenging and a strategic oriented business partner focused on positively impacting profitability. He has successfully achieved results in difficult and changing business environments.
Peter has held several international Finance Director positions for large corporations including: Ascential Software (purchased by IBM), Informix and Data General. Additionally, he was GM of Finance and Operations for CLS, a computer parts and logistics company, until it was taken over by UPS.
He is not only an accomplished finance executive but also an excellent manager of people. In some instances he has rebuilt the financial groups, started subsidiaries, integrated the activities of companies acquired, managed Sarbanes Oxley accreditation and participated as a member of senior management teams driving the businesses. All of this has been done across international boundaries with a keen eye on corporate governance.
As expected his experience embraces, accounting, audit, tax, revenue recognition, financial and statutory reporting, cashflow and asset management, budgets and forecasts, and also applying 'learn' thinking techniques.
